Four Steps to a Successful Event

1. Consult & connect

Some events are quite simple, and others may have more elements to take into consideration. Simply connect with us to share what you have in mind for your event. Our experienced planners will help guide you, answer questions, and put your mind at ease for any special concerns you have.  
   

2. Quote & your personal event plan

As soon as we connect, we will start a detailed proposal for you, which will include a general plan for your event. We will go over it with you to be sure we have covered everything you are looking for.  At this point, we will have a solid outline for your event, including a general timeline, suggested menu and necessary services.
   

3. Fine-tuning & details

Your plans may change during the planning process, and more details will be finalized. We can assist by coordinating with your other vendors and venue, your beverage and bar details, and event timeline. Our lines of communication will remain open at all times, so you will never feel adrift.
   

4. Your day unfolds

On the event day, our production and support teams are ready to take care of you and your guests, and ensure that everything happens on time, according to plan. We are ready to anticipate the unexpected, to make sure your event goals are met, and everything runs smoothly.
